Now here's the catch. Here in Dallas, I'm safe, but New Mexicans are not so lucky. Despite the fact that two of this year's nominees were filmed in New Mexico, the offer doesn't extend to you because there aren't any AMC theaters in the state. Who's going to lead the charge to, say, Cinemark Theaters to offer the same package in Albuquerque? Someone with film connections maybe, someone who has a bit of a media soapbox? Hmmm....
