Why is it that 2 owners of a nursing home have been arrested for criminal negligence for not following their own emergency procedures and leaving behind 34 people to perish as they evacuated those who had mobility, when Bush gets off scott-free when he in essence pleads guilty and admits responsibility for the federal government not following its emergency procedues and leaving behind hundreds of thousands of people to perish as others evacuated in their highly-mobile SUVs?
